Foot Reflexology
Foot Reflexology is a natural safe and gentle therapy, based on the discovery
of reflex points in feet that correspond to organs, glands, throughout the body.
Reflexology restores energy and well-being. It induces a deep state of relaxation.
Harmonising Massage
The harmonising massage is a calming and relaxing massage which leaves you
feeling energised, deeply calm and clearly focused.
(Massage only for women).
Watsu™ (Water-Shiatsu)
Created
by Harold Dull in 1980’s, Watsu™ is a combination of
the shiatsu practice , massage and stretching in warm water (35 °C)*.
Watsu increases range of motion, elongates the spine, stretches muscles, and
relieves tension and stress. The warmth and hydrostatic pressure of the water
promotes healthy circulation and calms the nervous system. These positive effects
often continue after the session, resulting in better sleep, less anxiety, and
improved digestive function.
* Watsu sessions take place in a physiotherapist’s swimming-pool
in the Alpes-Maritimes.
Pilates
Pilates is a unique method of exercices, developed by Joseph Pilates in the
1920s, that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength,
awareness, flexibility.
Pilates method focuses on conditioning the deep internal muscles of the abdomen
and back. This is one of the ways, Pilates help people overcome backpain.
You become stronger, strengthened and rejuvenated.
Chiball
The Chiball method™ is based on traditional eastern philosophies in
mind/body fitness combined whith western ideas to produce a holistic approach
to exercice.
It combines taï-chi movements – chidanse – pilates – stretching – relaxation.
The Chiball enhances flexibility, well-being and the flow of energy.
Stretching
The stretching exercices will help you to release tensions, develop flexibility
and relaxation.
